How do I create an account?
Click 'Sign up' on the homepage and complete the registration form. We’ll send a confirmation email to verify your address.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments via Paystack and Flutterwave. Bank transfers are supported for business accounts—contact support to enable.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Profile → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Using the App
How do I send invoices via WhatsApp?
Create an invoice, then choose 'Share' → 'WhatsApp'. The customer receives a secure payment link to complete payment.
Can I add multiple products per invoice?
Yes — the invoice creation form supports multiple product line items with quantity, price, and HS code fields.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Use the Contact form on our Help Center and choose "Report a bug." Include screenshots and steps to reproduce to help us fix it faster.
